šunka holder, made in ŠPANIA, from premium European white beech, with iron in chrome finish and AISI-304 stainless steel tips. Thanks to the system of rotary puš you can rotate the dough as much as you want without removing it from the dough holder, and its design allows for easy and comfortable vertical cutting.

Its new conical rotary shoe facilitates the entry of the hoof into the shoe and includes two AISI-304 stainless steel tips inside the shoe, something very useful for more precise fitting and holding of the shoe. The new design of the lower part, where the thickest part of the unk is located, allows us to place the unk without using spikes that could damage it. Thus, šunka is perfectly fixed in every position, even when it is turned upside down.

In our PREMIUM series, the finish of the wooden surface is environmentally friendly. The water-based varnish is suitable for children and home use, as it meets EN-71-9, EN-71-10 and EN-71-11 standards, as it does not contain toxic organic substances. It should also be noted that in accordance with Directive 2002/72/EC and its subsequent amendments 2005/79/EC, the resins contained do not contain any toxic or dangerous compounds that could contaminate food.
