What do I need to do after payment?

Procedures for accepting goods or services are different and are always described in the individual offer v Conditions of use of the coupon, in the right frame below the main image.

You do not need to do anything with the Qualitas provider and the provider will automatically send you the product to the address you provided when purchasing or will inform you that you can pick it up at our address in Kranj, if you have selected personal pickup.

What do I do if I register on the portal and do not receive a confirmation email?

If you do not receive a confirmation email within a few minutes (up to 10 minutes), please email us at info@skuponi.sifrom the e-mail address with which you registered on our portal, and briefly describe the problem.

What do I do if I can't find myself on the portal and I don't know how to make a purchase?

You can read the user help instructions at "How to buy"or call us on weekdays between 9:00 and 12:30 or 1:30 and 4:00 p.m. on tel. 041 758 933.

Can I pay for multiple purchases made with UPN with just one payment slip?

You can. Just enter all the numbers of the purchases made in the reference.

As a legal entity, can we buy products and services on your website? Can we register as a legal entity?

Yes, you can choose to register as a legal entity during the registration process. In the quick purchase process (without registration), fill in the appropriate fields for a company account.
If you choose UPN for payment, make a transfer from your company's transaction account.

Where do I change my password?

After logging in to our portal, click on the "Change data" button in your profile and make the change.

How do I unsubscribe from receiving messages?

After registering (https://www.skuponi.si/prijava/), click on the button "Change data"and uncheck the option "I want to receive electronic news". At the end, save the changes by clicking the button "Save".

You can also unsubscribe by clicking the link STOP, which is located at the end of each of our promotional emails.

How is shipping calculated when purchasing multiple items?

The postage is calculated based on the total weight of the selected items. For example, if the first purchase charges €3 in postage, the second consecutive purchase charges €1 or €0 - only the difference in additional weight is taken into account for each subsequent purchase.

If I am not satisfied with the product - can I return it?

You can return the product within 15 days of purchase, with the original packaging, no signs of use.

Why can't I add more products to my cart?

The providers of the items that the buyer puts in the cart may be different (e.g. items and services in one purchase are not possible). Therefore, this is disabled. The buyer can purchase multiple items in consecutive purchases. If they are from the same provider, the shipping cost is calculated based on the total weight and not on each individual purchase.
